Sauce Boss is an instrumental neo-soul and funk collective that celebrates collaboration with
poets, rappers, and vocalists. Notable performances include appearances with rapper Biviens in Washington, D.C., Baltimore, and Philadelphia, Malik LovesYall at Chris’ Jazz Café in Philadelphia, and jazz vocalist Lora Sherrodd at Cellar Dog Philly. Sauce Boss’s innovative projects—such as reimagining producer J Dilla’s iconic beats for live performance—continue to push boundaries. Their debut single, "Gut Bucket," featuring rapper, saxophonist, and trumpeter Tennishu of Butcher Brown, is in its final production phases and is set for release early 2026.
